After a looooong winter’s break, Electric Island concert + picnic series is back to bring all you sun & music lovin’ peeps out of hibernation. In celebration of its sixth season, everyone is cordially invited to move and groove their way to Hanlan’s Point on the Toronto Islands, with the official kick-off taking place Sunday, May 20th.
Over the past few years, there has been an influx of talent to take the EI stages: Ben Klock, Sasha, Nina Kraviz, The Black Madonna, and Sven Väth to name a few. With this year’s lineup still under wraps, we’re impatiently awaiting a roster that is sure to exceed our expectations.
The five part series is known to take place on the long weekends of Victoria Day, Canada Day, Civic Holiday and Labour Day. Unlike previous Electric Islands, this year’s schedule features some Sunday vibes in order to give party-goers a day of rest before getting back to the work grind. Here’s your official Electric Island 2018 dates:
Sunday, May 20th (Victoria Day)
Sunday, July 1st (Canada Day)
Saturday, August 11th
Sunday, September 2nd (Labour Day Part I)
Monday, September 3rd (Labour Day Part II)
This year’s season passes will be sold for $139.99 + HST which grants you access to all five events. Please note that ferry tickets are not included and must be purchased separately. Season line-up coming soon! See you on the island!
