The vibrant island of Barbados is offering an entirely new experience, Vujaday, a music festival “like nothing you’ve ever seen or felt before.” From April 4-8th, guests are invited to escape in paradise, with parties taking place across multiple, unique locations on the island. The five main events will run from Wednesday- Sunday, leaving the first and last days of the week for travel.
Vujaday released phase one of the lineup back in November, which included names such as All Day I Dream founder Lee Burridge, Life and Death founder DJ Tennis, Crew Love members Wolf + Lamb, Brooklyn duo Bedouin and Berlin based Korean artist Peggy Gou.
With the festival only a few months away, Vujaday has hit us with another stacked lineup featuring San Francisco based house DJ Atish, Toronto resident and Hot Creations signee Nathan Barato, Berlin house aficionada YokoO, Vienna based techno DJ Cassy and renowned Canadian artist Nitin.
And if you still aren’t convinced, there will also be a rare group B2B2B set from Danny Howells, Darren Emerson, and Dave Seaman.
Many of these international artists have yet to take the stage in Barbados. Being the first electronic event of its size to take place on the island, locals and travellers alike will be exposed to a broader, more unique experience than ever before.
Vujaday was meticulously curated by a team of industry veterans. Their involvement in the creation of many Toronto-based events means that its essence may be attributed to that of Digital Dreams Music Festival, Electric Island, World Electronic Music Festival and All Day I Dream.
Those attending Vujaday will have a wide range of partner accommodations to choose from. Selections range from Luxury Villas to Rental Escapes and Chestertons, along with various partner hotels including all-inclusive options.
Tickets for the debut of Vujaday music festival are on sale now and can be purchased here. See you in paradise!
